I believe that art has the power to penetrate souls, sneaking in past the walls of reason. Art can pose and demand answers to questions about realities otherwise not considered. In this space we can grasp eternal and universal truths. In particular as we respond to the extremes of human suffering and beauty- I believe our souls acknowledge the potential for redemption in the human story.
